You’re not alone—and you don’t have to wait for help.
Our survivor-led drop-in sessions offer a safe, welcoming space for anyone impacted by trauma, harm, or injustice. Whether you’re seeking support, connection, or simply a moment to breathe, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Held both in-person and online, they’re informal, confidential, and rooted in compassion. No appointments, no judgment—just real people, real voices, and a community that listens.
We provide regular drop-in sessions at community venues around the county, typically held monthly on the same day of the week for each venue. We use community venues that are accessible.
Please check our socials to check on session dates and times and to keep up to date on any unforeseen last minute changes.
